        - Research has found garlic has many benefits... 

1, Strong antiseptic : Sulfur compounds in garlic not only have strong anti-bacterial effect but also can inhibit and kill a variety of cocci, bacilli, fungi and viruses. It is said that garlic is the one of the most powerful herbal found so far in the antibacterial effect.

2, Fight tumours and cancer :  The elements, such as germanium and selenium in garlic can inhibit the growth of tumours cells and cancer cells. The reseach found that the crowd with the lowest incidence of cancer is the populations with the highest selenium levels in blood. A report from National Cancer Institute of The United States of American clams that garlic is the most potential anti-cancer plants in the world.

3, Colon detoxification and prevention of gastrointestinal diseases : Garlic can inhibit and kill the Helicobacter, Pylori and other gastrointestinal diseases caused by bacteria and viruses; Clears intestines of toxic substances ; Stimulate the gastrointestinal Mucossa ; Promote appetite and, Speeds up digestion.
 
4, Lower blood sugar and Prevent diabetes
: Garlic promotes the secretion of insulin, increases  the absorption of glucose , improves glucose tolerance, quickly lower blood sugar levels in the body, and can kill various germs of infection , so as to effectively prevent and treat diabetes .

​- Broccoli steamed plays a stronger effect 
of cancer-fighting

     Broccoli is recognized as a cancer-fighting star.But,do you know how to cook it that makes a greater anti-cancer efficacy? The DAILY MAIL of The United Kingdom reported that scientists at     the Illinois University of The United States study found that the best way to cook broccoli is , to steam it about 5 minutes. When broccoli turns bright green, that the anti-cancer effect is in the strongest. 

Researchers pointed out that broccoli is a natural anti-cancer compounds, an excellent food source of sulforaphane, and the sulforaphane contains a substance called myrosinase. Once  a destruction of myrosinase, sulforaphane will not exert the anti-cancer effects. Studies also found that compared with other methods of cooking, to steam broccoli for about 5 minutes, myrosinase is in the best condition and broccoli plays a strongest anti-cancer effect.

Cancer is increasing ...


    Findings shown that Cancer rate is increasing in Australia and  worldwide. An estimated 128,000 new case of cancer will be diagnosed in Australia this year. In Australia, 1 in 2 Australian men and 1 in 3 Australian women will be diagnosed with cancer by the age of 85. Cancer is a leading cause of death in Australia.

Cancer rate is increasing globally. The latest cancer statistics worldwide reports that there were an estimated 14.1 million cancer cases around the world in 2012. The number is expected to rise to 19.3 million by 2025. The top 10 countries with highest cancer rate for all cancers excluding non-melanoma skin cancer are Denmark, France, Australia, Belgium, Norway, United States of American, Ireland, Korea,Republic of, The Netherlands and New Caledonia.

   Australia is the 3rd in the top ten of highest cancer rate worldwide (  both men and women), Australia ranks at 2nd ( men only )in the top ten of highest cancer rate worldwide.
 
  What are  the causes
          and risks  of cancer ?

    Research found that the causes and risks of cancer  mainly result from Chemical carcinogens ,Physical carcinogens and Biological carcinogens that damage human body cells and cause cancer . e.g. tobacco, Ultraviolet radiation and asbestos are carcinogens.

Lifestyle is associated with Cancer,                 the risk of  factors, including :

  •  Unhealthy diet 
  • Being overweight or Obese
