Believe me, "face exercise" - the combination of acupressure and massage applied on face/body can help diminish eyebags and wrinkles, lift / firm skin and improve complexion ... Usually, you could see the result in 2-4 weeks after applying the exercise, and you will look younger and beautiful indeed . The exercise is simple and easy to learn, everyone can do at home in any time. And it is safe ,no cost, and suitable for both female and male ,and for all ages as well.
- Place your finger (e.g. index finger ) on the point of your face and gently press it for 3 seconds, then release ( repeat it for 10-15 times for each point ).
- Or press the point with finger / thumb massage ( circular movement ) for 30-60 seconds.

1, Yin tang : at the midpoint of the two brow lines.
2, Zanzhu : at the depressions of the inside edges of eyebrows.
3, Yang bai : above the pupil, about 2cm away from the upper margin of the eyebrows.
4, Fish waist : at the eyebrows and on the pupils' centreline.
5, String and Null : at the brow sags.
6, Tong zi lao : about 1cm away from eyes lateral.
7, Bearing weep : between the eyes and the lower margin of the orbit. And they are below the pupil
8, Four white : below eyes 2cm and on the centreline of the pupil when the eyes look straight.
9, Yingxiang : at alar rim near the midpoint, and the nasolabial fold.
10, Julian : at nasolabial fold outside line and on the centreline of pupil.
11, Cheeks : located at the buccal , mandibular angle approximately 1 middle finger- width, above the cross before the masseter muscle, uplift when chewing, there is a depression when pressing ( See the picture 3 on the top).
12, Warehouse : at mouth lateral and on the centreline of pupil.
