Please follow me :
- Wash your face with warm water ( about 40 degree ) before going to bed
- Apply night face cream on face/ neck with a bit massage
- Press the points on face lightly with three fingers ( two hands) for 10 - 15 times ( Press 3 seconds then release for one time)
- Press each point on neck lightly with thumb for 10-15 times ( left hand/right hand for two sides respectively )
