
10 years younger in 10 minutes !
Everybody can have a younger looking - younger 10-15 years old than your true age... Believe me, If you follow my beauty tips here , you would see a good result very soon ! Well, I've been using this old style and traditional way of beauty for myself since I was 25 . I remember, it was my birthday of 25 when my father came to me and gave me a birthday present - a book , called "Always Young " with a pink cover - Yeah, it was a similar colour to the background of this website !
I feel, the one of key elements of keeping a younger looking is to maintain a balance of skin's moisture and oil levels .
Let's do this:
A, Things needed :

1, A Face night Cream
2, A Pot of boiling water
3, A Pot of cold water
4, Two towels ( A face towel ; A big shower towel )
B, Procedure :

B, Procedure :
- face down and close to the boiling / hot water ( make sure you can bear the heat ) - with a big shower towel covering on your whole head & the hot water pot ( not allow the heat running out and let the warm vapour permeate into your face skin cells including your neck as well ) for about 5 minutes .
- dry your face and neck with the big towel.
- apply a big amount of the face night cream to your face and neck skin quickly.
- then use a cold and wet face towel ( it's been soaked by cold water) to quickly cover your face and neck ( lie down in bed or couch for minutes that to let the cold be cooling and firming your skin while the nutrition being locked into at the same time )
- You can keep doing this regurlarly 1- 2 times every month. ( I usually do this once monthly, but when the weather is dry , e.g. in winter , I would do it twice a month. ).

5 minutes towards sexy & beautiful legs !
1),Things needed:
- a tall Chair .
- a Dumbbell of 2 Kg.
2), Procedure :
- Sitting on a tall chair ( you can sit on a tall table or any tall furniture ), use your feet to lift the dumbbell up slowly... then put it down. Up... and Down, Up... and Down for 20 times.
- Repeat of the 20 times (above ) once .
- Repeat of the 20 times once more . ( total : 60 times )
Follow it up daily for 4 weeks and you will see a great result .
