                  How to have a flat tummy ?


  How to ... having a flat tummy ?  For having a beautiful flat tummy  and be able to wear your sexy tops... probably, a bit of adjustment of life-style is needed, including : Watch what you eat, and a regular aerobic exercise focused on tummy .
  • Watch what you eat:
1, Stop eating high calorie and fatty food  such as junk food, fried food ,as those foods,and including sugar, starch, salt and alcohol are easier to  accumulate of heat  and fat in the abdomen. 

2, Eat fat-burner, promote the metabolism of foods ,e.g. Salmon : OMEGA- 3 fatty acids, helps burn fat and food digestion. Eggs : closest to amino acids in human protein, and rich in Vitamin B12, can well break down fat and burn fat. Oatmeal : Oatmeal is rich in fibre .Green tea: containing tea polyphenol , can  break down fat and speed up the fat burning effect . Chili Peppers : upgrade help in metabolism and speed up the burning of body fat. Also, the vegetables such as Cucumbers, Chinese cabbage, Celery, Eggplant , Cauliflower, Tomato and Spinach, and the fruits like Grapefruit, Kiwi, Papaya, Apples are good food of losing weight.
    • Regular aerobic exercise:
  •  1, Sit - Ups.It is the most familiar method of thin abdomen,mainly for the abdominal muscles,a long-term exercise can increase abdominal strength, improving abdominal muscles flexible.  ( try 20-30 times for a group,and repeat the group for 2 times. 
                                                                                                                                                     
    2, Roll, It is similar to Sit-Ups but more focusing on abdominal muscles. 

    3, Flat Support( PLANK ).Tablet support belongs to the consumption -type of shaping body.Although it is simple, can stimulate whole body muscles, effectively exercise the transversus , abdominis. The first week of practice for beginners can range from 30 seconds,  slowly increasing to 2 minutes at a time. ( about 30 -120 seconds at a time, and do it for 4 times ).

Note : Do not hold your breath, but take deep breathing,which helps burning the fat.
       ( Hey guys, I found it's easier to do in bed when just waking up at morning ...)
