 Let's try this super easy office Yoga

1, Twist : Sitting upright in the middle of the chair; Twist upper body around from right and turn head around looking back while  left hand holding  the top of chair back right side and  the right hand at the left side of chair . Stay at  the position for about 1 minute... Then switch to another side. Repeat 3-5 times for both sides. ( See picture 1 )
- Function:  To eliminate belly fat, ease neck, shoulders and back pain and  prevent flatulence and constipation.

2, Squat : Standing straight behind the chair ;  Step back for 1 step; Breathe in knees; squat down with hip and knees at the same high while exhale slowly  . Stay at the position for 1 minute. Repeat 3-5 times. ( See Picture 2 ).
- Function: Improve strength of legs, soft shoulders and beautify body curve.

3, Bow: Standing straight behind the chair, put hands on the top of chair back; Step back for 2 steps ; then bend dow at 90 degree . Stay at the position for 1-2 minutes at a time. Repeat 3-5 times. ( See Picture 3 )
- Function: Eliminate  of back pain caused by sedentary and beautify the legs.

4, Bend: Sitting in the 1/3 of chair ; Strench feet together,keep the knees straight; Then bend upper body down and hold ankles with two hands at the same time. Stay at the position for 1 minute.Repeat 3-5 times (See Picture 4)
 - Function: To keep the flow of blood to  the head, prevent insomnia, beautify the legs and prevent lower body fat.

            Beauty tips for hair loser - hair loss 
         - natural,cheap and simple ways to cure hair loss

           I was a hair loser myself ... but I am not anymore .

    Suffering from hair loss for  many years, I have sought a variety of means to try stopping and curing it . A long frustrating journey experienced ... Nothing happened except desperation and helplessness ...

     One day, while sitting on a bus and travelling in Melbourne, I  saw a woman holding two little kids and carrying 3 plastic bags of groceries in her hands hurrying toward a bus stop. Suddenly, her  bags ( groceries) were broken, and the foods dropped on street everywhere ... She was in panic but acting very quickly -  she picked up the groceries and grasped the two little kids when the bus arrival . As soon as she got her kids and the bags of groceries on the bus, the plastic bags ( of  groceries ) were broken again, some food packs broken too,  there was some liquid / cream flowing out , which messed up her clothes and floor ( bus ) ...

      Seeing her in frustrating , I offered a strong bag to her. She was very grateful to my help , kept saying "Thank you" . It seemed she noticed my hair ( hair loss ) when looking at me. She asked me about my hair and  said that she got tips for me to cure hair loss .

      ... 6 weeks past , after applying the tips on my hair , my problem of hair loss totally stopped, and cured ... my hair became stronger and stronger ... I could not believe it . I am so excited ! 

( I always remember what my father taught me when I was a little girl ."To help people whenever you can, people will help you when they can" ) .


 Let's share the tips for curing hair loss :

Preparation: 
  • Natural Yoghurt  ( you can buy the natural yoghurt as the pictures right - without sugar, that  from any Indian groceries shops.  India yoghurt is  the best one  for hair ).
  • Eggs ( one egg for one time . If your hair is long, may need two eggs ). 
  • Shampoo (  I use Head & Shoulders when I feel my head itch , and I use Dove for Fullness & Thickness when not itch ) . 
  • Hair Conditioner ( I use the both brands of  Head & Shoulders and Dove ).
  • Premium Cling Wrap .
  • Shower Cap.
  • Towels 
Procedure :   
  • one egg white  (beaten) ;  one bowl of natural yoghurt ; add the egg white into the bowl ,  mix with yoghurt together .
  • wash your hair with warm water and  Shampoo ; dry your hair with towel ( do not use dryer to dry  hair - it damages  hair ) .
  • apply the bowl of yoghurt on your head/ hair  and  massage head / hair with hands  for 10-15 minutes.
  • use Premium Cling Wrap to wrap your head / hair , then cover it with a shower cap for 2 - 4 hours.
  • wash head/ hair with hair conditioner.
  • repeat it  above once a week.

( Note 1 : Do not comb your hair when it is wet ; do not use force to comb hair - I just use my fingers to comb hair or leave it mess , " Mess beauty" or wear  my favourite   hat or cap - must look after  hair with care when suffering with hair loss  ) .

   Note 2 : Also, you can try using   these three items of  Mulberry leaf,  Arborvitae leaf and Kuding Tea together to cook water and use that to wash/massage your head skin/hair, if you are in the condition of greasy hair... ( However, it is not good to apply it to long hair, otherwise, it will make your hair mess !

                    How to have beautiful dense hair ?  
                                                                                 
    -  Hair / hairstyle are very important for everyone's appearance ... I Just found an article published recently on MSN in The States that suggests  the 5 foods can help improving of hair density . 

1, Lean beef : Lean beef contains rich iron - Iron is very important for hair . Therefore, to make hair more dense, it is necessary to increase iron intake. It is said that consuming 170g of lean beef a day is the best way to meet the daily demand of 40% of iron ( for the body ).

2, Kiwi fruit : Iron can make hair grow, but its absorption is limited. Studies have shown that Vitamin C can improve the body's absorption of iron. Kiwi fruit is called "King of Vitamin C"  - A kiwi fruit a day that can meet the demand of Vitamin C for the body.
3, Sesame seeds : Sesame seeds contain plant chemical elements, which can promote healthy plant Lignans. Staudies have proved that Lignans deficiency  is relation to hair loss - If lack of Lignans, people would suffer hair loss.

4, Flax seeds : Flax seeds contain a lot of Lignans , therefore , the consumption of flax seed oil that may prevent hair loss. A study in Taiwan has found that 90% of bald men ( in the study ), after consumption of flax seed oil for 6 months, their hair loss have been remarkably improved.   ( Note : You can buy Flax seeds oil from any  pharmacies in Australian . And there was another report about the benefit of taking Flax seed oil is : It can prevent  people put on weight easily - An experiment has shown that those who have been taking Flax seed oil not have chance to become  "BIG" persons . 


5, Eggs : Eggs help hair follicle moist . An egg can provide nearly 4g  of high quality protein - protein is the most important compound that helps the body grows hair . Eggs also contain animal sources of Vitamin B12. Lacking of this Vitamin ,it con cause people grey hair .  ( Eating an egg a day , which is good for healthy hair ).
