Sweet Roast Pork :
800g Pork, 2 spool of Roast sauce, 1 spool of Oyster sauce, 6 Spool of cooking wine, some garlic , 1 spool of sugar , Oil and Sesame
Preparing about 800g of Pork , add all of ingredients with the pork together and massage them for 1-2 minutes, then put away in a fridge for about 2 hours ...
Pour some cooking oil ( about 10ml) into a saucepan, when the oil become warm, add the pork ... turn the Pork to the another side after the frying about 2 minutes. Then cover it with lid and cook with a small heat about 10 minutes...
When it is ready , add some sesame on the top...
